Another must-learn course for all florist aspirants. During those festive seasons, hamper is a popular choice of gift by customers. However, different festive season has different theme. Through this course, we will teach you the basic step to creating a hamper. This is an extensive course where we incorporate all the various design elements, form, principles, style and techniques. An examination is conducted at the end of the course. Prior knowledge of basic floral arrangement is necessary.

This course help aspiring florists to get the certification that proof their ability. Upon completion of the courses, candidate may enroll in AIFD’s Professional Floral Design Evaluation (PFDE) program – A step closer to become a Certified Floral Designer (CFD®) or be an accredited member of AIFD. Course content as per P320 but with faster pace and assumed professional knowledge, not for beginners.

This is a hands-on course, in preparation of candidate intends to enroll in AIFD’s Professional Floral Design Evaluation (PFDE) program but lack the necessary practices in all aspects of the professional curriculum.

Floral Collage Art is an artistic combination of natural materials into a 2 dimensional piece of art. You will learn how to select and treat the natural materials. Drawing, pasting, cutting, painting, colouring are some of the process that you will experience in this class.

Colours in any forms of art play an important role in achieving the overall effect of the creator. Hence, NSFD has uniquely introduced a course on colour co-ordination for the floristry world. It will be based on the use of the colour wheel and derive different colour theme that can be generate from it. On the practical aspect, the colour theme demonstrated will be linked to the availability of the flowers and its colour in relationship to the season. This is a very interesting course that will train your eyes to better your creativity in floristry as well as other form of art. This is the solution for many who cannot catch the essence of using colours to bring a design to fit the surrounding as well as to bring out the flavour in the design.
